Job Responsibilities:   Quality Management System(a)Fulfill the responsibilities as the Management Representative as outlined in the Quality Management System Manual. Job Responsibilities:   (a)Transporting of full crates or beds from the warehouse to the shipping area.(b)Perform pre-inspection on forklift prior to start of shift. (c)Unloading and loading trucks.(d)Responsible for loading product onto truck.(e)Ensure that the product is loaded properly i.e. the counts are correct and that there are two people handling one box – one on each end and with the box turned on it’s side.(f)When picking up a box of siding, they must bend their knees in order to avoid any injury to their back, and be careful of staples cutting their fingers.(g)Also responsible for maintaining a safe and clean workplace i.e. all garbage is to be picked up as well as any wood to avoid any accidents with the forklifts.(h)Sweeping warehouse, loading area and shipping office.(i)Also have two loaders to assist in the loading of all Tautliners and flatbeds.(j)Responsible for opening and closing curtains on Tautliner and applying straps around each crate. Job Responsibilities:   The Health and Safety Specialist shall carry out the duties and responsibilities outlined below. The Health and Safety Specialist shall use independent judgment and discretion in assisting the Operational Management in planning safety improvements, organizational and employee development to foster a healthy and safe working environment.
